Fees & Contact

Following the free consultation session, once you decide to start therapy, we will agree on the dates and times of sessions and estimate how many sessions you may need. The fee for a 50 minute assessment or treatment session is £90. 

If longer sessions are needed (for example when processing trauma), these are charged pro-rata. 

To guarantee an appointment slot, you will need to make payment by bank transfer at least 24 hours before your session.

Sometimes plans can change and you may have to cancel or rearrange a session. Provided that the cancellation request is received 24 hours before the agreed date and time of the session, you will not be charged. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed sessions will be charged at the standard rate.

I use free online video platforms. Please do not worry if you have never used them before – I will provide you with instructions on how to access and navigate through them.
